Clarity, automated

We find what's costing your business: time, money, or deals. Then we automate it.

Sometimes the cost is hours lost to manual work. Sometimes it's cash tied up in a slow process. Sometimes it's revenue walking out the door because you didn't respond fast enough. KlaroTec is an AI automation company that builds the software to match, and our pricing is tied to what we take off your plate, not the hours we bill.

Sound familiar?

Something in your business is bleeding time, money, or opportunity.

Your best person spends half their day retyping data between email, spreadsheets and whatever system you bought three years ago. Reports go out late. Invoices wait. And the only person who knows how it all works is one resignation away from taking that knowledge with them.

You've read the AI hype. None of it looks like your business. That's fine: we don't sell hype. We automate the unglamorous work that actually eats your hours, and we prove the saving before you commit.

Or maybe that's not it. Your team's on top of things, but a lead calls or emails and waits six hours for a reply, and by the time you follow up, they've bought from someone else. Or an approval is stuck in someone's inbox instead of moving to your bank account, and the whole deal waits on it. Different shape, same cost: whether it's too much manual work or not enough speed, it's bleeding time, cash, or deals every week.

What we do

Obsessed with outcomes, not tools.

No rip-and-replace. We work with the systems you already use, and we only build new software where it genuinely earns its place.

01

Find the waste

A free process audit. We sit with your team and map where the business leaks: hours lost to manual work, cash tied up in a slow process, or deals lost because you moved too slow to respond.

02

Automate it

We build the automation that removes the manual steps, working with your existing tools and files so nothing about how your clients experience you has to change.

03

Build around it

When an automation needs a real interface for people to use, we build that too: full production software, like the claims management system we run for the insurance industry.

Featured case study

4 hours a day became 15 minutes.

A freight forwarder's operations manager spent up to 4 hours every morning turning shipment paperwork into individual status reports for more than 70 active clients. Manifests were typed up, retyped into a master sheet, copied into per-client files, checked for confidentiality, and emailed out one by one.

We automated the entire pipeline. Now the data flows from manifest to master sheet to every client file on its own, and the manager reviews a short summary and clicks approve. That is the whole job.

960 hours a year handed back to one team member, close to half a working year, and a business that no longer depends on a single person to keep its clients informed.

How it works

From audit to outcome, without breaking what works.

  1. 01

    Audit, free

We map one process end to end and quantify what it costs you in hours and errors. If automation won't pay for itself, we tell you and walk away.

  2. 02

    Blueprint

You get a plan showing exactly what we'll automate, the savings we expect, and a fixed proposal tied to those savings. No hourly billing, no scope creep.

  3. 03

    Build and run in parallel

We build the automation and run it alongside your current process until the numbers match. Nothing breaks on day one, because day one happens next to the old way, not instead of it.

  4. 04

    Handover and support

Everything documented and your team trained. You own what we build, and ongoing support is there if you want it, optional by design.

How pricing works

You pay for results, not hours.

Most consultancies bill by the hour, so their incentive is for the project to take longer. Ours is the opposite. The free audit quantifies what a manual process costs you. Our proposal states the savings we expect and a fixed fee tied to them. Then the automation either delivers or we haven't done our job.

And if we don't believe automation will pay for itself in your business, we'll say so and won't take the project. An honest no is cheaper for both of us than a slow maybe.

When automation needs a face

We also build the systems businesses run on.

Klaro EZ Claims is our enterprise-grade claims management system, live in production and built for the insurance industry with insurance industry insiders on our team. It is what "we build the software to match" looks like at full scale: not a script, not a workflow, but a system a business runs on every day.

Who you'll work with

Technical depth, industry insight.

KlaroTec's founders come from infrastructure and IT, data engineering, AI-assisted development and sales. That mix matters: the people who map your process understand both the systems underneath it and the business pressure on top of it.

Questions we get

Asked honestly, answered honestly.

Is this just AI hype repackaged?

No. We automate unglamorous, repetitive work: retyping data, compiling reports, sending the same emails every morning. AI is one of the tools we use where it helps, not the headline. The audit deals in hours and rands, not buzzwords.

What if the automation breaks a process that currently works?

We build alongside your existing process and run both in parallel until the outputs match. Your current way of working stays untouched until the automation has proven itself against it.

Will we be dependent on you forever?

No. You own what we build, it comes documented, and your team is trained on it. Ongoing support is available and genuinely optional. Automation should reduce key-person risk in your business, not move it to ours.

What if we don't have a time-wasting problem?

Then it's probably a cost or speed problem instead, and the audit finds that too. Slow lead response, manual approvals holding up cash flow, a process too slow to keep pace with competitors: all of that is automatable, even when nobody's manually retyping anything.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the savings the audit finds, because the fee is tied to them. What we can promise up front: the audit is free, the proposal is fixed before we build, and there is no hourly billing. If the numbers don't justify the project, we'll tell you.

Do you only do automations, or real software too?

Both, deliberately. Automation is the core service. When it needs a real interface, we build production software around it. Klaro EZ Claims, our claims management system for the insurance industry, is live in production today.
